It was my duties to properly and efficiently unload and load trailers with orders by hand, for up to 10 hours a day!

As an area manager I was over 90 team Member and 4 leads to efficiently run and unload trailer of products on the inbound side while keep inventory counted and put properly into the systems, as an area manager it was my job to keep numbers update and accurate , track rates , prosecute write ups and documents, all while keeping the inbound side of the FC running properly and safely to meet the goals and standards of the company.

As. Lead , I ran an area of outbound with approximately 35 team members to properly pack and ship out thousands of order per night and to further make sure of customer satisfaction while team members safely perform the highest of task!
