I have over 11 years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry, ranging from management, recruitment to compliance/credentialing of Travel RN's, Travel Allied Health, and most recently with Locum Tenens. I have worked in both traditional and digital staffing agency models and have extensive experience with multiple applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn, LaborEdge, StaffGarden, etc. I have also assisted with the compliance role on the Vendor Management System side with StaffingEngine VMS, and was able to build lasting relationships with some of the top acute care facilities nationwide.
One of my greatest interests within the staffing industry is the role that Compliance plays in an organization along with the market trends/growth opportunities. I am very intrigued by the idea of a universal credentialing database and have been exploring ways to enhance this function through my own software and policies.
