Driven by a strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills, I excelled in roles at Sticky Fingers Bakery and other establishments, mastering cash handling and guest engagement. Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Skilled in multitasking and communication, I consistently delivered positive outcomes in fast-paced environments. Within two days of me working at Sticky Fingers I gained the owners trust in letting me run her business on my own. I was honored with that responsibility, allowing a huge learning curve for me on how to properly run a business. I would also like to add that back in high-school I was a member of a business club called DECA and made it all the way to nationals my first year using my people and creative thinking skills.
- managed to open and close with no assistance.
- managed the bakery by myself, including taking orders, making the food/coffee, paying the customers out all under a positive attitude.
- Maintained clean and organized dining areas to uphold restaurant hygiene standards.
- greeted customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor, and kept a friendly atmosphere for my coworkers.
- figured out how to maintain a clean workspace while handling food in a busy environment.
- Able to maintain a professional attitude under stressful environment, and under pressure.
My first year of college I wanted to get my study habits down before getting involved in anything, but now entering my sophomore year I am ready to put a lot more on my plate. So far this summer I am juggling school work, managing a bakery 6 days a week, and training for track. I am pleased to say I am doing extremely well in all my classes considering how busy I am.
