Acting Office Assistant 2
- Supervision of Office Assistants assigned to Guidance Unit/Community Supervision offices and serve as training coordinator. Remain familiar with all new procedures in the unit.
- Responsibility for the purchasing and maintenance of office supplies and equipment for the Guidance and Community Supervision units.
- Participation in weekly Program Committees, as well as printing and distributing payrolls foe the entire facility. Assign incarcerated individuals to the payroll as needed.
- Maintain all Conditional Release Ticklers, PRSME, Ticklers, Open date Ticklers and verify accuracy of legal dates. Type release paperwork for all releasing incarcerated individuals, distribute as required. Process S.O paperwork to ensure accuracy with DCJS.
- Work with IRC, OMH and Medical for all releases to obtain necessary outstanding paperwork for release to community supervision. Coordinate release to ICE warrants and other outside agency warrants.
- Serve as Secretary for the Supervisor Offender Rehabilitation Coordinators including; typing, filing, as well as recording the minutes and general assistance in day-to-day activities.
- Adhere to DOCCS Time and Attendance Policies, Employee's Manual Standard and Expectations and all department required trainings.
