Same dealership and position transitioned with new ownership in 2012. I started at the dealership in 2002. I was the cashier / receptionist for about 6 months. A position opened up for Sales Consultant, I applied and was hired by the dealership owner. I trained beside of Josh Gibson, the Executive GM at Morgan McClure Chevrolet, GMC in Castlewood, Virginia. He trained me to learn every step from beginning to end, including financing. I also worked with great GM regional reps and fellow General Mangers / Owners who pushed me, taught me, and cheered me on along the way.
