Interviewing, hiring, managing, and leading a team of 40+ summer staffers in pursuit of one mission. Also writing curriculum, writing skits, recruiting summer staff, and planning summer camp and activities.

Teaching young girls how to play volleyball, while encouraging them, developing their team skills, and collaborating with other coaches.

Multiple jobs on summer staff including Child Care Counselor, Day Camp Counselor, Day Camp Assistant Lead, Day Camp Worship Lead, and Staff Counselor. Jobs consisted of caring for and teaching children through songs, activities, skits, Bible studies, and more, while also leading, managing, mentoring, and building relationships among co-workers.

Facilitating band practices, planning church services using Planning Center, and leading the congregation in worship all summer.
