• Has taken care of day to day operations, making sure store ran smoothly as well as speed of service, food quality, and accuracy and making sure it is maintained.

• Has taken over entering new and existing employees into system and assigning them all necessary training on pathways.

This was volunteer work, as I operated and created an entire Dance Marathon event which is a day full of standing and dancing to donate all money raised to the children's hospital charity with the motto, "Standing for those who can't."

• Created a theme for the Children using Disney Characters.
• Set up activities for all volunteers to participate in such as painting booths team games, and dance routines.
• Worked closely with the representative at the hospital in terms of fundraising and flying out children and families to tell their stories and speak at the event to inspire more donations.
