• Train all new and current data secretaries, registrars, and attendance clerks in their duties. I also train new and existing users how to use Skyward.
• Continuously provide on-campus, in-person, and group trainings for all Skyward data users.
• Process student data that is reportable to local, district, state, and federal agencies.
• Export data requested by all district and campus administrators.
• Support and lead campus staff monthly trainings and create "How To" documents for role manuals.
• Answer Skyward related issues via our Zendesk Help Ticketing system.

Responsible for accurate student academic data and staff input.

• Audit, calculate, and report academic and demographic data found in Skyward
• Create special reports using Skyward data to implement plans for academic success and tracking.
• Provide Skyward gradebook training to staff, using district grading procedures and policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Skyward related issues that arise.
• Maintain confidentiality of private and personal student and staff data (ie correspondence, passwords, student data/personnel information, etc.)
• Locate and correct data entry errors, verify accuracy of data. and report to campus administration.
• Communicate with all staff and parents via email, phone, web-ex, and in-person.
• Collect and report data for PEIMS.
• Volunteer assistant coach for the Grapevine Competitive Target Team.

• Assist with daily living activities by helping with all hygiene needs , feeding, and household chores.
• Developed rapport with residents to create a safe and trusting environment for care.

• Responsible for accurately and honestly processing and reporting cash, checks, and credit card payments being deposited by the previous days' business.
• Greeted customers and politely assisted them in the store and via telephone to ascertain what each customer wanted or needed.
• Completed all point of sale opening and closing procedures, including counting the contents of the cash register.
