I was responsible to develop a start up location for VCG. When the branch first opened I had just a few clients and caregivers. In the last two years I have staffed over 100 different clients with caregivers to assist them in their homes. I have over 50 caregivers on staff and my office has grown to an in-office staff of myself, Director of Ops and DO/LPN. During the last two years the company has had a period of growth and changed that I have embraced and reinforced the changes with my growing team.
I managed several locations in my time with Fifth Third Bank. I oversaw all aspects of the financial center and was responsible for coaching my team to attain their daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals. I managed active pipelines of new loans; both personal and commercial for the private and preferred clients assigned to my financial center. I was responsible for the quarterly one on ones with the sales team and customer service staff. As a Financial Center Manager I was recognized as a President Circle winner two years in a row representing the top performing financial centers in the company.
In addition to my core responsibilities I also was available to coach and mentor new employees as well as help trouble shoot complex customer issues for my region. I was often the one that people at other locations would call when they had a challenging situation that they could not resolve.
