Continuous Improvement has been a passion of mine since starting at Target because it takes a team of problem solvers on all levels to evolve with an ever changing market. In my 12 years with Target, I have been in multiple roles including but not limited to training operations manager, MLP operations manager, warehouse operations manager, safety captain, inbound continuous improvement manager, outbound continuous improvement manager, Capacity Manager, and a leader in a multiple cross functional teams (most recently team member business plan for 2024). I have exceptional analytical and problem solving skills and have extreme excitement for developing the team around me. I have made leadership development my focus in my 12 years at Target because the diverse backgrounds and skills of the entire team is what makes my team continually improve , evolve, and and has consistently pushed my building to out-perform the majority of the network.
