A teacher-turned-therapist who has encountered the joys and pain of people of widely varying backgrounds and neurotypes, my work focuses mainly on the ways in which a person's sense of self is often a function of how they are constituted in the economic and sociopolitical world around them. While intersectionality may or may not end up an explicit, named aspect of work with every client, I aim to work with clients upon that foundation. Within the field of a relationship built on trust and curiosity, I work with a client to make meaning of their delight, suffering, and trauma, in order to discover the agency that will allow them to effectively relate with themselves, with others, and with the world at large.
