Next Generation Director and Youth Pastor

- Overseeing our office space, and supporting all the staff within it, along with our day to day budget and cash transactions.
- Oversight of our kids and youth ministries & curriculum, along with supporting, serving & leading the staff of each ministry.
- Providing direct leadership and pastoral care to our youth volunteer team - largely consisting of young adults. While also creating leadership pathways for this team.
- Establishing the spiritual formation plan & leadership pipeline for a person from childhood through young adulthood.
- Developing ways to better recruit, onboard, develop and retain volunteer leaders in each Next Gen ministry area.
- Organizing & helping support frequent service outreach projects with partner ministries and non-profits in an effort to creating deeper spiritual formation with our students and families, while also helping our city flourish.

- Oversight of weekly food distribution operations, along with supporting & leading our staff & volunteers at our food center on Lyrewood Lane in Northwest Oklahoma City - a dense square mile with heavy poverty and crime near downtown OKC.
- Overseeing case management with clients experiencing food insecurity, homelessness or temporary homelessness, and addiction.
- Managing partner relationships with housing services and retail recovery corporations and non-profits like Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, Whole Foods, Starbucks, Homeland, and Walmart.
- Providing pastoral leadership with our food center and also our church community through leading our youth/kids ministry with weekly services and teachings, running logistics for our Sunday service, and being an on-site pastor at our food distribution days.
- Creating and supporting our neighborhood outreach project, Tulakes Hoop Train - A school bus with a basketball goal attached that arrives at our neighborhood apartment complexes for family fun, dinner, short devo, and as a means of safe community.
