- Conducts and completes comprehensive clinical assessments of the inmate, probation, and parole populations; addresses social, psychiatric, vocational, criminal, and educational histories to determine individual client needs.

- Conducts and completes risk assessments to determine the risk of recidivism and the needs of the client
