I am the manager on duty when the store manager is not available. I make sure the associates are completing their assigned tasks and make sure they are giving great service to our customers. I open and close the store. At night when closing I make sure the deposit is accurate for nightly deposit drops as well as counting all tills and ensuring they ate correct. I make runs to the bank to get change for the store and pick up deposit slips. I have been nationally recognized three times in this company for excellence in customer service.
