Samantha Hayes

In October 2023 I joined Autozone as a cashier where I initially learned a strong foundation in customer service, sales, and automotive product knowledge. I was later promoted in the middle of 2024 as a Parts Sales Manager where I learned time management skills, managed inventory, scheduling, and helped drive sales goals. In February 2026, I was promoted to my current position as a Commercial Sales Manager. My current role is to oversee commercial accounts, build relationships with customers, coordinate part delivery's, grow commercial sales, and reach out to new potential customers to grow business.

Performed routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, brake jobs, suspension repairs, and engine upkeep for my family business.
