Expo-ing the food for my section, while maintaining side work such as rolling silverware and the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant to maintain an effective work environment.

Responsible for all pickuporders and calls, as well as online delivery services such as doordash.

Managing the register for the restaurant.

Bussing and setting of my section. As well as closing and cleaning requirements.

Maintaining a close knit relationship with the regular guests.

Traveling bartending service for weddings, birthday parties, quiencieras and other celebration type events. Fresh bar, all natural ingredients with detailed build. Event guests list are generally between 50 to 500 guests.

Responsible for a staff of between 4 and 15 people.

Manage the set up and ensure each staff member is fulfilling their job expectations.

Responsible for all communication with the host and the owners of the venue to ensure the hosts and guest have a stress free experience.

Head bartender, responsible for each bartender and creating and serving speciality beverages during cocktail hour.

We strive to create a stress free experience for our hosts so we do all clean up and help with any other vendors needs that come on site as well.

Bartender and responsible for the tables surrounding the bar.
