I own and manage Blind Faith Tattoo Company with my husband. We are a highly respected and sought after tattoo shop with extremely talented artists providing multiple award winning, high quality art to last a lifetime.
My personal responsibilities are renewing annual business license, responding to client email inquiries as we do all inquiries through email, communicate with the client and direct them to the artist best for their desired art, schedule consultation appointments, order supplies, organize paperwork in the shop, and handling miscellaneous responsibilities. I work both remotely and in the shop when needed.
My duties as a dental assistant and receptionist included :
• Taking impressions in patient's mouth for fabrication of dentures and partials
• Taking panoramic x-rays & CBCT scans
• Checking patients in and out
• Taking payments with cash card, credit/debit cards, check, Care Credit, Proceed Finance, Onederful and more
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering phone calls
• Thoroughly going over treatment plans with patients
• Insuring patients are comfortable with their planned treatment and have had all questions answered
• Adjusting patient's dentures
• Cleaning and sterilization of instruments
• Assist doctor with surgeries including extractions and dental implant placement
• Much much more
