● Administer and monitor the insurance of continuous improvement of quality of the Office’s overall function, and ensuring quality customer service for all units of the Financial Aid Office.
● Provide troubleshooting and direct assessment of all units of the Financial Aid award processing. Responsible for the supervision of the managers and resolving major customer service issues.
● Tandemly works with the Auditors. Provide assistance and support in the operation, development, and enhancement of Xavier’ Financial Aid telecommunication system, and the continuous development of automated processing and delivery systems for the financial aid programs.
● Administer and monitor federal regulations of financial aid programs and ensuring compliance. Monitor the coordinating, developing, supervising, evaluating, and training of all staff in the financial aid office.
● Administer and monitor research, maintain and disseminate information on federal and state regulations to counseling staff. Coordinate and monitor the financial aid processes for periods of registration.
● Administer and monitor the creation of office policies and procedures for most units within the office.
● Administer and monitor the creation of office related forms for distribution. ● Perform other related duties as assigned by the V.P. of Enrollment Management
· Assist in the Esurance of continuous improvement of quality of the Office’s overall function, and ensuring quality customer service for all units of the Financial Aid Office.
· Provide trouble shooting and direct assessment of all units of the Financial Aid award processing.
· Responsible for the supervision of the Assistant Directors, and customer service Unit (Phone Bank).
· Responsible for assisting in resolving customer service issues.

· Conduct financial aid presentations.
· Acts on behalf of the Director in the Director’s absence. Other duties as assigned by the Director.
· Coordinate all service now tickets for office for ITC. Add all new fund codes and dollar amount for all funds into Banner.
· Coordinator of Satisfactory Academic Progress.
· Collect data from all pertinent offices involved in reporting data on the FISAP, i.e., Fiscal services, Bursar, Office of the Registrar.
