• CIPP program teaches offenders Monday-Thursdays from 12:00-2:00PM, in the various ways to make changes in their lives to become lawful, contributing members to society upon their release from TDCJ.
• Visited each offender twice a week to monitor their behavior, class attendance and disciplinary actions.
• Prepared outside resource packets for offenders to use for access to their local area services for drivers license, social security cards, employment opportunities and food stamps.

• Conducted Risk Monitoring and Review Audits of all Religious Services and Chaplaincy departments within the 99 TDCJ Units across Texas.
• Traveled and visited all 99 Chaplains at each TDCJ unit to review and audit files for the various religious programs offered at each unit, check logs of approved volunteers visiting the unit, visited the faith based dorm areas for cleanliness, and program information posted for all offenders.

• Conducted Review and audits of Substance Abuse offenders releasing to a Transitional Treatment Center prior to reentering society.
• Audit review of each file to track all activity of the offender while in TDCJ and upon entering the Transitional Treatment Center.

• Interviewed all new incoming incarcerated individuals into TDCJ from various texas county jails.
• Entered inmates background, including family history, work history, and education.
• Created visitation list.
• Informed them of their scheduled orientation.

• Managed daily tasks, delegating responsibilities to 4 clerks on inspecting, sorting and delivering mail to offenders
• Logged all legal mail, incoming and outgoing, inspected legal mail in the presence of the offender.
• Logged all incoming and outgoing packages, and prepared monthly reports showing all mailroom activity.
