Interests

My biggest interest is cooking I have been cooking ever since I was 7-8 and it all started by examining and watching my mother cook Then my passion extended once I started watching cooking TV shows and videos such as Master Chef, Hells Chicken, etc I have learned so much through my mother who taught me and also by teaching myself through online videos and recipes from multiply chefs all over the world Cooking is like art, there are endless possibilities to experiment with flavors, techniques, and presentations Every time I cook, I get to express myself through the ingredients I choose, the methods I use, and the final dish I present It’s a creative outlet that constantly evolves I hope to expand my skills and learning by getting myself out there and being able to work here inside a restaurant to gain more knowledge, skills, and experience I truly want push myself to get into the cuisine world and go to culinary school after I graduate from San Diego State and learn as much as I can to better my cooking skills to one day be a top head chef or even own my own restaurant
