Dr. Sara Kim is President/CEO of SK Management Consulting Company, a Management Services Organization (MSO) which provides business-related services to private medical practices, handling administrative, financials, and operational tasks like billing, HR, IT, and compliance so physicians can focus on patient care. She also provides consultation for healthcare business to maximize financial and professional potentials under the challenging healthcare environment.

Volunteering as a Consultant at Vision Care USA, International Blindness Relief Organization which focus is to provide high quality medical services in underdeveloped regions to patients who suffer from reversible vision loss and otherwise cannot afford eye care. Vision Care is invested in the professional development of the global medical workforce through education and opportunity.

Advice to the future women leaders & entrepreneurs: Don't be afraid of the unknown. Experience in one area can be applied to a different field. You must be willing to take chances and get out  of your comfort zone to achieve success. Studying music gave me discipline and perseverance . Although I was not trained in the medical field but management of medical bluishness is not different from other businesses. You just have to constantly learn and lead by example.
