One of my greatest strengths in every workplace I have been apart of has always been my optimism. I truly believe that having an optimistic personality present will take a person so far, especially when there is a difficult task at hand. This has included being understaffed, handling a heavy rush, or multiple customers' needs at once. It may seem overwhelming, but with a positive outlook in mind, I believe it makes for a more cohesive, productive, efficient, and enjoyable workplace to be apart of. And I truly believe I am that component of any team. With this, I have not only learned to be able to tackle certain struggles at work, but also learn new skills quickly.
