While at Mills, I tripled the size of the company, acquired and managed 30+ accounts, some with asset sizes exceeding $5B and marketing budgets of $1M+. I grew, led and managed the team – educating them in marketing strategy, the financial industry and superior client service standards. In addition to new business and growth responsibilities, as President, I not only served our largest clients, but held the internal role of human resource manager, chief financial officer, and day-to-day manager of the entire team. In addition, I was tasked with setting the overall strategic direction for the company and its short and long-term growth.
In this role, I supported the initiatives of the Account Managers, to help them implement media strategies for the tween market.
