On top of my core claim handling responsibilities, I have taken on the additional responsibilities:

• Filled in multiple times for various UL's out of office and took time to coach on efficiencies, tips and tricks.
• TPA escalations for Sara Townsend
• Handled escalations from valued business partners and insureds to ensure high level of service
• Mentored NTCs on proper investigations, coverage analysis, file documentation and desk management skills
• Property department liaison for One Inc.
• SIU property liaison
• Currently training 1 new hire on PL and another handler on CL
• Submitted over 10 Property initiatives in the suggestion box to improve efficiency and handling
• Brought in Summit Auditing on a trial basis resulting in 49 mitigation audits year to date with a savings of over $203,000 and a 718.37% ROI per expense dollar
• Currently working on a new SIU referral program called the "Investi-Gators" Club which would incentivize handlers for making referrals by sending a miscellaneous alligator item and recognize the Top 5 of the Swamp each month.
