I have worked in the food service industry since the age of 14.
Started in the kitchen of The Yellow Brink Bank,
Shepherdstown, WV. was in charge of salads, desserts, and dishes. After graduating High School, I worked as a Hostess at the Golden Bull.
For my first serving job, I worked a Brunch Buffet at Barney's. From there, I moved on to Cocktail serving at The End Zone.
Had to take a break, as I was pregnant with my first child.
My husband and I moved to Oregon in 1993.
In 1997, helped open the new Applebee's store in Medford.
During my time there I worked as a Server, a Trainer and tried out Bartending.
Currently, I am looking for an opportunity to bring my skills to a new dynamic restaurant.
