At GCS, my focus is connecting B2B startups with their DevOps and Site Reliability software engineers.

Responsibilities:

- Sourcing the candidates and conduct qualification calls.

- Setting up interviews and prep candidates with the necessary information in order to succeed.

- Working with hiring managers, Chiefs of Technology, and Directors of Engineering to identify internal needs.

- Handling the offer negotiations.

- Further our clientele by contracting our work with other companies.
