Evaluate and value trade-in vehicles, as well as follow their progression through the shop to make sure they are ready for the lot and the website

Manage and maintain CRM, following up sales staff entries to make sure all relevant information was recorded
Contact those customers in the CRM who have purchased before and are likely to purchase again soon
Respond to all online inquiries
