I greeted customers with a fresh smile and welcomed them in, right before I ask them how they are doing and wether they would like to seat inside or on the roof (we had 2 floors). I would then seat them and let them know the specials for the night if we had any and let them know the servers name and tell them the server would be with them shortly. I would also help the serves bust tables and take plates off tables so, the customers could enjoy there night as they listen to the live music we had. As they left for the night I would tell the party to have a good night before doing my closing duties of cleaning restrooms and stocking on materials that are kept at the host stand. Before I leave I check with the managers and serves to see if they need anything before i head out for the night
