I work well in a fast paced and stressful environments. I am a quick learner: I learn from being hands on and watching others. I will not hesitate to jump in and help if needed, I will do the job efficiently regardless of how big or small the task may be. I like to motivate and be motivated.

Creating a safe environment for coworkers and customers by doing daily routines, check up on people and the store. I like to feel comfortable enough with staff to not only get the tasks but also to hear their struggles and make adjustments where it is needed. I will help run the business as needed.
