Satchel Harp-Monseau

I Started as a food runner and host and through effort made for the company I managed to move up to cooking on the line despite no prior experience. During my shifts I had to create menu items, cook, clean, and help expedite orders on all ends. I also trained new staff in my position.

I directed the theater department at South Hadley High School where I picked plays and taught the students new techniques in acting and set design. I built sets and organized a schedule for rehearsals.
