With the support of CvBS and Oracle, the following duties and responsibilities have been carried out:

• Managed, oversaw and supported overall operation for Billing system (new activations, sim card issuance, top up, customer profile, postpaid billing statement, interconnect, roaming, Tap file generation, and other system reports needed by end users)
• Provided technical leadership and / or business - related subject matter expertise
• Identified new users requirements, analyzed issues and determined appropriate course of actions
• Ensured systems implementations in accordance with established Change Management procedures
• Communicated periodic status reports for billing system project and any other issues.
• Managed and conducted billing system training functionality for users when needed
• Gathered users' requirements periodically and discussed with end users (Finance, Sales/Marketing, etc.) if the requirements needed to be implemented as per business alignment
• Managed system updates, system upgrades and users' requests effectively and minimized the risk of system changes by having detail assessment and implementation plan
• Solved and managed billing system problems within agreed SLA
