I consistently organized meetings with artists to establish quality production during events. On top of that, I would assist in social media marketing strategies to gain higher turnout probability. After events, I would setup meetings to debrief with the entire production team and musicians to go over key points of what can be improved for the next event. I then would create visions on concepts and energy that could connect to the target audience to help grow engagement for our events.
