Started as Area Director with direct oversight for 5 corporate locations; recruited by owner/CEO directly to bring outside experience to the operations team. Promoted to Director of Corporate Operations in 2025 overseeing 10 locations and 2 Area Directors. Primary responsibilities include: creating and enforcing budgets for 10 stores (40m/yr sales,) developing GMs and assistant managers in conjunction with the Training Dept., cross-departmental collaboration with marketing and culinary team for menu/brand direction, project manage store re-models utilizing general contractors and subs, act as the de facto Facilities Director by managing preventive maintenance vendors and reviewing/approving quotes, interview managerial candidates, create content/lead/present monthly in-person manager meetings.

Key achievements - increased operating income by 5% by implementing/improving systems, reduced inaccurate order rate by 2.5%, transitioned 3 franchise locations into corporate.
