Leadership Experience

I am a natural leader. In Trail Life Troop MO-3379, filled the role of First Officer in my patrol for two years. When working with a team I can take charge and keep the group focused on a single mission. I am good at finding peoples strengths and using them to help get the project done well in a timely manner.
