• Provide residential construction consultation and project management services to clients preparing and/or in the process of major renovation or new home construction
• Work with clients in the pre-construction phase to establish project budget and schedule, build construction teams, establish vendor relationships, and navigate local building and zoning departments' codes and requirements
• Serve as a project manager during the construction phase to ensure the client's expectations pertaining to budget, schedule, and quality are fulfilled

Placed, LLP functioned as a residential design-build firm in the greater Cincinnati area. We designed and performed large scale renovations for our clients. My specific areas of responsibility included:

• Managed day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that every action we performed created an excellent experience for our clients and a high-value finished product.
• Built and managed internal construction teams of carpenters and labors and external construction teams of all necessary trades required to complete the project.
• Delivered outstanding service to customers to maintain and extend relationships for future business opportunities, resulting in numerous referrals and repeat business.
• Created project budget and timelines in accordance with clients' needs and expectations.
• Managed internal company policies (insurances, taxes, payroll, state/local licenses) to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
• Hired and managed external construction teams (subcontractors) and ensured they operated within all legal requirements and performed their duties at a high level.

• Performed high-end carpentry and project management services for various Cincinnati-based general contractors.
• Provided carpentry services that strictly adhered to project budget, timeline and the expectations of both the general contractor and their clients,
• Assisted in managing the day-to-day functions of a construction site, including managing other trades and subcontractors, coordinating material and product delivery and storage, and working with local building departments and inspectors to ensure construction adhered to all state and local building code requirements.
• Implemented safety policies, including weekly meetings, tool and equipment checks, and jobsite inspections to mitigate risk and provide a safe and efficient work environment

• Installed and maintained rooftop and pole-mounted solar systems for both residential and commercial customers
• Installation of solar systems included structural supports, mounting brackets, electrical wiring, panel installation, and modifications to existing electrical system, including service meters, disconnect boxes, and panel changes
• Maintenance of solar systems included periodic cleaning, replacement of parts and/or panels, and upgrades to new, more efficient products
• Adhered to OSHA safety guidelines pertaining to working at heights, on roofs, scaffolding, lifts, ladders and electrical safety
