During my internship with Ascend, a transportation brokerage company, I had the opportunity to work as a broker and go beyond typical intern tasks. I was recognized multiple times for being the most proactive in making calls within the office, successfully converting many of them into deals. Playing a crucial role in supporting my assigned region within specific regions of the country, my natural leadership abilities have always shone through, even in smaller roles such as retail, warehouse, or restaurant work. Regardless of whether the positions aligned with my long-term career goals, I consistently gave 100% effort. I firmly believe that genuine care for any job and building strong relationships with coworkers inspire dedication and actions in others.
