  • At IMC, I was responsible for a team of twelve Data Center system administrators who reside at IMC’s hosted environment located at the CenturyLink Data Center in Sterling, VA
  • I was responsible for the management and technical direction for Data Center Migrations (Design/Build), Data Center Operations, and Managed Services in a 24x7 operational environment
  • These key objectives include day-to-day Data Center operations, provisioning, configuration management, system enhancements, Data Center security, and network, system, server and application monitoring
  • Onsite staff supported over 100 customers and over 3,000 servers and peripheral devices
  • I was able to maintain a 98% customer satisfaction rating assisting with troubleshooting of customer issues, perform installation of customer equipment including networking and application components.
  • As onsite Manager I was the escalation point to the Technical Services Division at IMC for issues and problems that require Tier III and IV support.
  • I ensure customer installations and trouble management issues are resolved meeting all contract SLAs.
  • Effectively designed disaster recovery and network security frameworks used in the data center.
