· Provide support for the lifespan of cases in Practice Solutions application’s environment.

· Daily communication with coordinators and the case team

· Provide and assist with software updates and upgrades of servers, databases and other technology rollouts.

· Process and load data into the database Electronically Stored Information (ESI)

· Run searches to create views for the case teams

· Run quality assurance checks on materials received from vendors and processed internally that is loaded into databases and normalizes data.

· Archive inactive databases

• Responsible for three departments: legal coping, imaging , and eDiscovery
• Oversee managers, techs, and production staff.
• Responsible for hiring and cross training of all departments
• Maintain and implement new best practices
• Controlling facility costs
• Review and approve payroll and billing
• Maintaining excellent working relationship with customers and outside venders
• Reviewing PL weekly
• Client Relationship Building, Growth & Satisfaction
• Driving Multiple Projects (Initiation to Completion)
• Concordance database creation, modifying and managing
• Digital Print to in-house and onsite clients
• ESI Processing to in-house and on-site clients, totaling over 10 gigabytes
• Imaging Conversion
• CD/DVD Duplication & Creation
• Electronic Closing Sets
