One of the valueable things I learned is teamwork because the crews are two or three person crews far away from any houses so it was critical to work well alongside anyone
I also have experience in Solar.
Most of my experience is mechanical where I ran some crews. I learned to read job plans and maps. I also learned about hand tools and machinery.
