· Writes and manages four Operation Orders (OPORDS) covering MRT Level 1 course, MRT Plus course, RTA course and installation MRT in-processing training.
· Established and maintained programs and strategies that increased the MRT Military Facilitator pool of JBLE-Eustis by over 200% thereby saving the Army over 50,000 of dollars in TDY costs.
· Planned, executed and managed over 50 MRT-related workshops and courses, certifying over 450 Soldiers.
· Conducts local program Quality Assurance/Quality Enhancement
· of the resiliency program on the local installation by performing checks on Brigades MRT programs to ensure they meet the standards.
· Assists over 450 Master Resilience Trainers on installation with identify training and operational needs and requirements.
· Coordinates and maintains virtual MRT training during COVID-19, resulting in over 1500 Soldiers meeting their annual training requirements.
· Created manages products and activities on Facebook and YouTube with over 70000 accumulative views that has significantly contributed to the JBLE-Eustis community to stay ready and resilience during the pandemic.
· Sought after by other individuals, Military Organizations and other Service Branches for resiliency training matters; invited to speak or help develop unit MRT programs.
· Selected out of 0ver 4000 Soldiers to represent the installation on panel of discussion on mental health issues within the military with the Chairman Senate Armed Forces Committee
