• Serves as primary point of contact for and liaison for Sales & Aftermarket, supply chain and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to establish schedules and plans that allocate available resources to best client customer needs.

• Receiving, entering, and acknowledging purchase orders from customers using ERP QAD
• Conducting quotes by researching material availability and confirming with suppliers on material unavailability using SAP C4C
• Keeping an open order report for multiple customers and providing statuses on orders
• Supporting eCommerce iportal for the company by granting access to distributors and colleagues as well as training new authorized distributors on use of the iportal
• With the previous knowledge of planning, being able to fill in for planning department when planners are out of office by running benches/reports for orders that dropped in after MRP runs
• Releasing work orders to machine shop/production floor and keeping track of capacity and manpower within the machine shop utilizing Lean Kit
