  • Provides clerical, communication, inventory and administrative support to a dialysis facility
  • This position works side by side with the Facility Administrator, Physicians, their Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Coordinator and Social Works
  • Filing, typing, Faxing and other clerical duties along with assisting other teammates as management directed by Facility Administrator
  • Receiving all phone calls, screens calls, takes messages and place or returning calls as needed on AVAYA Switchboard phone and Navigate AIRPHONE intercom visual system of entry/exits
  • Print patients incoming records for admissions file.Coordinate time, schedule, shift, and assign doctor
  • Print out patients' consents have patient sign consents, and consult with patient concerning treatment modality, and help resolve any questions or concerns

  • Register all ESRD patients through CMS using CROWN-WEB by reporting all patients current conditions to ESRD

  • Maintains accurate accounting of all stock items kept in the facility to include dialysis supplies, cleaning supplies, patient & teammate supplies and office supplies
