Collaborated with owner to develop, create, and grow new autoglass division of residential / commercial glass shop. Hired and trained new autoglass installers. Achieved $50K in monthly sales within first year of operation.

Completed autoglass apprenticeship focusing on all aspects of auto glass installation and shop management. Managed a shop employing four installers, while completing an average of 8-10 installations within a 30 mile radius.
