• Worked various jobs around the mill such as Pellet Mill operator, Quality Lab technician, Rail Load out operator, Hammer Mill operator, and other various roles as needed
• Communicated and performed tasks at the request of Area Manager as needed
• Completed equipment and area inspections daily to maintain proper equipment function and a safe working environment
• Ensured smooth transitions between shifts by maintaining clear communication lines with colleagues and providing comprehensive briefings on relevant issues.
