Wheelchair Agents provide mobility assistance to passengers who require the use of a wheelchair or other support while traveling through the airport. Duties include meeting arriving and departing flights, escorting passengers to and from gates, operating airport-approved mobility equipment, assisting with baggage, coordinating with airline staff, and prioritizing passenger comfort and safety. Agents must maintain professionalism, follow ADA guidelines, and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Upon arrival of aircraft making sure all cleaning supplies are labeled correctly
• Gathering equipments to be used on aircraft

• Arrived to cases upon scheduled time
• Taking care of an older patient
• Cook, Clean, and giving patients a bathe
• Serving prescribe medication to patients

• Greet customers with a smile making sure they feel a accepted
• Taking customers order on a cash register/Kiosks
