Wheelchair Agents provide mobility assistance to passengers who require the use of a wheelchair or other support while traveling through the airport. Duties include meeting arriving and departing flights, escorting passengers to and from gates, operating airport-approved mobility equipment, assisting with baggage, coordinating with airline staff, and prioritizing passenger comfort and safety. Agents must maintain professionalism, follow ADA guidelines, and deliver exceptional customer service.
