Employee Learning Lab is a newly-created peer-to-peer facilitated discussion around a predetermined topic designed to bring employees together to share experiences, learn from one another, and provide a safe space to practice among peers. Through this active discussion we will gain insight into how our peers are successfully navigating some of the challenges we are facing each day here at Aflac. Active participation in these discussions is key to the success of this program. Each quarter will bring a new topic of focus for discussion.
