I curate experiences. I craft together stories and products to build experiences for consumers that keep them coming back. The experience of buying the latest iPhone begins with Apple’s keynote presentation. Every year a well-designed product is released, but it’s the masterful storytelling of their enigmatic team that truly creates the desire within the consumer to purchase it. I’m Shailin Patel, an aspiring Product Manager, I help curate and build experiences with products that keep consumers coming back.
I started by focusing on a child’s experience in the hospital by focusing on the family overall, eventually this holistic approach led to an 11% increase in patient satisfaction and a drop in readmission rates. I leveraged this experience into starting my own company. By focusing on a modern client experience, I grew its valuation from 0 to $4.2 million within 3 years.
Now, I utilize my knowledge of blending stories & curating experiences to nationally lead a mentoring program focused on developing key soft skills in young adults across North America. I am excited by how I can use this passion to create impact and solve real problems.

• Identified patient medication compliance issues through Tableau Analytics dashboard. Developed automated reminder feature increasing medication compliance by 18%.
• Identified lack of engagement opportunities through target market. Adopted and evangelized use of PetDesk creating a modern client experience resulting in Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +96.
• Surveyed client base and identified need for home delivery. Established ecommerce pharmaceutical platform. Leveraged insights to drive pharmaceutical recurring revenue growth by 12%.
• Revamped client experience by streamlining appointment bookings & automating pet health communications. Wrote PRD and consulted with Product & Engineering Team in designing feature to automate and streamline communications. Saved 97 hours annually for reception staff and generated $85,250 in annual revenue.
