Shaina Coleman

I thrive in environments that require structure, adaptability, and strong communication, which is why I’ve grown so much within Problem Solve leadership over the last several years. In a role where every shift can bring new operational challenges, I’ve become known for building organization out of chaos, supporting teams through high-pressure situations, and creating systems that improve visibility, communication, and workflow across departments.

Throughout my time at Amazon, I’ve taken pride in going beyond basic operational execution. I’ve developed communication trackers, shift handoff tools, organizational systems, and workflow improvements that were recognized and adopted by leadership teams. I’ve also been consistently trusted with additional responsibilities involving staffing coordination, escalation management, process recovery, and operational support during some of the building’s most demanding situations.

What makes me different is my ability to combine operational leadership with a strong people-focused approach. Before Amazon, I spent 10 years in education, which taught me how to coach individuals with different learning styles, communicate clearly under pressure, and create environments where people feel supported while still maintaining accountability and high standards. That experience naturally carried over into leadership, mentoring, and training within fulfillment operations.

I’m especially interested in joining a launch site because I enjoy building from the ground up, helping shape strong team culture, and contributing to operational success during periods of rapid growth and change. I believe my experience in fast-paced operations, passion for associate development, and ability to lead through both communication and action would allow me to make a meaningful impact as a Learning Coordinator.
