I started working at Piggly Wiggly December 2017 as a cashier making minimum wage, within a few months I moved up to one of three managers, to the second highest position from the top as Co-Manager. I represented this important position very well, and loved my job at this time because I wasn't responsible for everything which gave me the courage to try everything. In the end of my time as Co-Manger, their wasn't but one position that I thought I could fill in as it was necessary if someone called out sick or quit. Just before the summer months began in 2019, my store manager stepped down, and although I feel like if I had more support at home that I could have done a much better job, but I still gave all I had, and did a better job than my store manager did.
