Accomplishments

Created the original High Value Low Price (HVLP) Health Club model with fellow Edge founder entrepreneurs to compete with national competitors. Not only competed with the competitors, but beat them for the last 25 years and opened locations in their backyard.

Grew the HR function from 1 club with 10 employees in CT to 43 clubs in 9 states with over 2,500 happy employees. Created the processes to scale with an amazing hand picked talented HR staff.

Successfully led the company through two PE acquisitions with double digit multiples.
